New electric vehicle tour packages for foreign visitors
JTO, province to host FAM tour for travelers from Singapore

Local officials are working on tour packages to the island for international travelers that include the use of electric vehicles.

The provincial government and the Jeju Tourism Organization will host a familiarization tour for tourists and representatives of the media from Singapore for that purpose.

A car magazine and a Chinese-language daily paper from Singapore will also send representatives. The FAM tour includes an introduction to some of Jeju’s top drives and major tourist spots.

After the tour, the JTO plans to publish information on electric vehicle tours of the island in a number of foreign languages and actively promote them overseas.

외국인 관광객을 대상으로 전기자동차 자가운전 투어 상품이 개발됩니다.

제주도와 제주관광공사는 싱가포르 언론과 관광객을 대상으로 전기자동차를 활용한 자가운전 투어 상품 개발을 위한 팸투어를 추진한다고 밝혔습니다.

이번 팸투어에는 싱가포르 자동차 전문잡지와 중국어 일간지도 동행해 제주의 드라이브 코스와 주요 관광지 등을 소개할 예정입니다.

제주관광공사는 향후 관련 정보를 외국어로 제작해 해외 홍보 시 적극 활용할 계획입니다.
