Jeju Credit Guarantee Foundation earmarks \20b in Chuseok loans
Ensuring self-employed islanders have enough money for holidays

The Jeju Credit Guarantee Foundation is making 20 billion won available in holiday loans to self-employed people on the island.

In order to ensure people who work for themselves have enough money to make it through Chuseok, the foundation has cut the loan processing period from seven days to just one. It also redefined “small” loans and their attending screening process from 20 million won to 30 million won.

If needed, the foundation will send agents out to consult with potential borrowers at their place of business. Its staff is now also working until nine at night.

Those interested may apply for the loans through September 29th.

신용보증재단, 추석 긴급자금 200억 지원

제주신용보증재단이 내일부터 오는 29일까지 도내 자영업자를 대상으로 200억 원 규모의 추석 긴급운영자금을 지원합니다.

이번 지원 기간에는 특히 신용보증신청에 따른 보증 처리기간이 기존 7일에서 신청 다음 날로 줄었고, 기존 2천만 원까지 운영되던 소액심사를 3천만 원으로 상향 조정했습니다.

또 1인 기업이 지원 요청할 경우 현장방문과 보증상담을 진행하고 밤 9시까지 야간예약상담실도 운영합니다.
