제주지역 노인 대상 범죄 해마다 증가

노인들을 대상으로 한 범죄가 해마다 증가하고 있습니다.

더불어민주당 이재정 의원이
경찰청으로부터 제출받은
2013년 이후 노인 대상 범죄현황 자료를 분석한 결과
제주지역의 경우
한해 평균 2천 600여건, 하루 평균 7.3건에 이르고 있습니다.

특히 지난 2013년과 2014년 2천 500여건,
2015년 2천 700여건,
2016년 2천 800여건 등 해마다 증가세를 보이고 있습니다.

범죄 유형별로는
사기 등 지능범죄가 가장 많았고.
다음이 폭력, 절도 순으로 분석됐습니다.

Crimes toward the elderly have been increasing every year.

Democratic Party representative Lee Jae-jeong analysed crime data toward the elderly post-2013 from the National Police Agency. He found that about 2,600 cases a year occur in Jeju, meaning about 7.3 cases a day on average.

Of note, the number of crimes toward the elderly is increasing every year, from 2,500 in 2013 and 2014, to 2,700 in 2015 and 2,800 in 2016.

Intellectual crimes like fraud accounted for the top spots, followed by violence and theft.
