Jeju City looking for artists to move into vacant buildings
Rent-free contracts available for 2 years

Jeju City is searching through October 19th for artists who want to move into two vacant buildings around the old Jeju National University Hospital.

The city is limiting eligibility to artists who have pursued their specific types of expression for at least two years and who have experience in presentations or exhibitions either as an individual or as part of a group.

The contract will be for 2 years, and Jeju City will pay for rent and signage.

Tenants will be required to pay for renovations and maintenance fees.

제주시, '빈 점포' 입주 예술인 모집

제주시가 옛 제주대병원 일대에 있는 빈 점포 2곳에 입주할 문화예술인을 오는 19일까지 모집합니다.

모집 대상은 2년 이상 창작활동하고 있는 개인 또는 그룹, 발표나 전시 등
활동 경력이 있는 예술인입니다.

입주 기간은 2년이며 제주시는 점포 임차료와 간판을 지원합니다.

다만 내부 철거나 인테리어, 관리비는 입주자가 부담해야 합니다.
