Autumn colors on Hallasan hit their peak
Best time to enjoy leaves extends through this weekend

Fall foliage on Hallasan Mountain is hitting its most vibrant point this week.

The leaves began turning October 10th. They are now at their peak between Manse Hill, at an elevation of 1600 meters, and the 1100 Highway, and the wave of color is coming down the mountain.

The peak period will last through this weekend. Those in the know say the area around (영실기암) Yongsilgiam and (왕관릉) Wanggwaleung at (용진각) Yongjingak will be perfect to enjoy the mountain’s foliage.

한라산 단풍 절정…이번주 절정기

한라산 가을 단풍이 절정을 이루고 있습니다.

지난 10일부터 시작된 한라산 단풍은 해발 1600미터 만세동산 일대부터
1100도로까지 내려와 절경을 선사하고 있습니다.

한라산 단풍은 이번주말까지가 절정으로 특히 영실기암과 용진각 왕관릉 일대에서
형형색색 단풍 물결을 감상할 수 있습니다.
