‘Ora Tourism Complex capital should be verified’
Most survey respondents say developer’s finances need review

Most people polled say the finances of the Ora Tourism Complex developer should be verified before the project is allowed to proceed.

The provincial government commissioned Korea Research to survey 1,000 area residents on the issue. 92 percent of respondents said capital verification is needed.

About 70 percent respondents are in favor of forming a committee consisting of experts from the financial and legal sectors to perform the work. About 26 percent say the administration should handle the project.

The survey has a 95 percent level of confidence and a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percent.

오라관광단지 개발사업에 따른 자본검증이 필요하다는 설문조사결과가 나왔습니다.

제주특별자치도가 한국리서치에 의뢰해 지난달 26일부터 한달간 제주도민 1천명을 대상으로 오라관광단지 개발사업 자본검증에 대한 설문조사결과 응답자의 92%가 필요하다고 응답했습니다.

자본검증 진행 방식에 대해서는 금융 법률 분야 민간위원회 구성이 69.8%, 행정이 주도해야 한다는 의견이 25.6%로 나왔습니다.

이번 설문조사의 오차범위는 95% 신뢰수준에 플러스 마이너스 3.1% 입니다.
