2017 Jeju Olle Walking Festival
Thousands of participants take part in weekend event

The 2017 Jeju Olle Walking Festival was held over the weekend on trails three and four in Seongsan-eup.

About 5,000 people took part on the first day, Friday. The hikers enjoyed the beautiful scenery while walking Trail 3 from Onpyeong Port to Pyoseon Beach.

It wasn’t just walking ? there were performances and activities for participants along the course.

On the second and final day, Saturday, hikers walked Olle Trail 4, from Namwon Port to Pyoseon Beach.

2017 제주올레걷기축제 개막

2017 제주올레걷기축제가 오늘과 내일 이틀동안 3.4코스인 성산읍 온평포구와 남원포구 일대에서 열리고 있습니다.

첫 날인 오늘 올레꾼과 지역주민 등 5천여명이 참가해 온평포구에서 표선해수욕장까지 이어진 3코스를 함께 걸으며 제주의 정취를 만끽했습니다.

특히 코스 중간에 다양한 공연과 체험프로그램들이 마련돼 걷는이들의 재미를 더했습니다.

축제 이틀째인 내일은 남원포구에서 표선해수욕장까지 이어진 올레 4코스에서 진행됩니다.
