Final Christian pilgrimage trail on Jeju opens November 14
‘First Path of Grace’ stretches for 8 km in Jeju City

The Jeju Christian Church has established its fifth and last pilgrimage trail on the island.

The “First Path of Grace” will open November 14th. It stretches for eight kilometers in Jeju City and includes Jungang-ro, Dongmun Traditional Market, and Sarabong.

Organizers say the highlight of the course is the area around Gwandeokjeong. Walkers will be able to trace the path of Christian missionary work there.

The opening ceremony for the new trail will be November 14th at Jeju Seongnae Church.

제주기독교 순례길 다섯 번째 마지막 코스인 '은혜의 첫 길'이 오는 14일 개장합니다.

이번에 개장하는 기독교 순례길은 제주시 중앙로와 동문시장을 따라 사라봉까지 이어지는 8km 코스로 구성됐습니다.

특히 관덕정을 중심으로 초기 제주 기독교 선교 활동의 역사적 흔적을 느낄 수 있도록 짜여졌습니다.

은혜의 첫 길 개장식은 오는 14일 오전 10시 제주성내교회에서 진행됩니다.
