Provincial government, education office ‘level 2’ for integrity
Level 1 is Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission’s top score

The provincial government and the provincial office of education have each been given a level two score in an analysis of their integrity.

The Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission assessed the nation’s public institutions and recently released its conclusions. A rating of one is the best.

The provincial government improved its standing - it was rated level three last year. This year, it had the fourth highest rating among the country’s 17 regional governments.

The education office slipped a level. It had received the highest integrity rating last year. It was fourth place in the nation this year.

The Jeju Province Development Corporation was assessed at level 1.

The Jeju Free International City Development Center received the lowest grade possible ? level 5. It ranks 38th among the nation’s 39 such organizations.

공공기관 청렴도, 제주도·교육청 '2등급'

전국 공공기관 대상 청렴도 측정에서 제주특별자치도와 제주도교육청이 각각 2등급을 받았습니다.

국민권익위원회가 발표한 공공기관 청렴도 측정 결과를 보면 제주도는 지난해 3등급에서 한 단계 오른 2등급으로 전국 광역자치단체 17개 가운데 4위를 차지했습니다.

제주도교육청은 지난해 1등급에서 한 단계 하락한 2등급으로 전국 4위로 밀려났습니다.

제주도개발공사는 2등급을 받아 지난해보다 한 단계 내려갔고, 제주국제자유도시개발센터 JDC는 가장 낮은 5등급으로 전국 공직유관단체 39개 가운데 38위의 낮은 성적표를 받았습니다.
