Local land selling for far less at auction
Auction price ratio plummets 37 points

The price at which local land is being auctioned off is much lower than its appraised price.

According to GG Auction, the ratio of the winning bid to the appraised value fell to 60 percent last month. That’s 37 percentage points lower than where it was last year.

It is also the first time the figure has hit 60 percent since February 2012.

An auction price ratio of under 100 percent means successful bids are below the land’s appraised value.

지지옥션에 따르면 지난달 제주도 법원경매 결과, 제주지역 토지 낙찰가율은 60%로 지난해 같은 기간의 97%에 비해 37%p 하락했습니다.

제주지역 토지 낙찰가율이 60%대로 떨어진 것은 지난 2012년 2월 이후 처음입니다.

낙찰가율은 감정가 대비 낙찰된 가격을 뜻하는 것으로 비율이 100%보다 낮으면 감정가보다 낮은 가격에 거래된 것을 말합니다
