Jeju hosting 7 international athletic events next year
Taekwondo, sitting volleyball, golf, floorball, etc.

Jeju will be hosting seven major international sporting events next year.

The province says the World Taekwondo Hanmadang 2018 and the Korea Open International Taekwondo Competition are scheduled for July.

The CJ Cup Nine Bridges, which was Korea’s first official PGA tour event this year, is scheduled again for next October.

The final qualifier for the 2018 Sitting Volleyball World Championships will be in March.

Also on the schedule, the World Floorball Championship in August followed by the Asia Junior Golf Championship in September.

내년 제주서 7개 국제대회 열려

내년 제주에서 7개의 굵직한 국제 스포츠대회가 잇따라 개최됩니다.

제주특별자치도에 따르면 전세계 태권도인들의 축제인 2018 세계태권도 한마당대회와 코리아오픈 국제 태권도대회가 내년 7월중 열립니다.

또 올해 처음 열렸던 PGA투어 정규대회인 CJ컵 나인브릿지가 10월에 다시 개최됩니다.

이외에도 내년 3월 세계 장애인 좌식배구 챔피언쉽대회과 8월 국제플로어볼대회,
9월 아시아주니어골프 챔피언쉽대회 등이 연이어 열립니다.
