Jeju Tourist Information Center opens Friday
Wide range of services in 4 languages

The Jeju Tourist Information Center will soon begin fielding questions and handling complaints from travelers to the island.

The Jeju Tourism Organization will open the center Friday.

It will offer a wide range of services in Chinese, English, Japanese, and of course Korean every day of the year from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Travelers can call with questions during those hours, and center employees will even go out into the field to deal with some issues.

제주를 찾는 관광객들에게 다양한 안내서비스를 제공할 제주관광정보센터가 본격 운영됩니다.

제주관광공사는 제주를 방문하는 관광객들을 대상으로 관광 안내와 불편신고 등을 접수받아 종합적으로 대응하기 위한 관광정보센터를 15일 정식 오픈한다고 밝혔습니다.

제주관광정보센터는 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지 365일 연중무휴로 운영되며
중국과 일본 영어 전화 안내와, 현장출동 서비스 등을 제공하게 됩니다.
