Shilla granted license for airport duty-free shop
Korea Customs Service announced decision Wednesday

Shilla will open a duty-free shop in the departure lounge at Jeju International Airport.

The Korea Customs Service’s duty-free shop evaluation committee selected Shilla for the license at a Wednesday meeting.

The committee pointed to the success Shilla has had with its duty-free operations in three Asian countries.

The location in the airport became available after Hanwha Galleria gave up its duty-free license there.

신라, 제주공항 출국장 면세점 취득

신라면세점이 제주국제공항 출국장 면세점 특허권을 취득했습니다.

관세청은 오늘(20일) 오전 면세점 특허심사위원회를 열고 제주공항 면세점 새 사업자로 신라면세점을 선정했습니다.

신라면세점은 아시아 주요 3개국에서 공항 면세점을 성공적으로 운영하고 있는 점이 높은 평가를 받은 것으로 전해졌습니다.

이번 입찰은 제주공항 면세점을 운영하던 한화갤러리아가 사업권을 조기 반납하면서 이뤄졌습니다.
