오라관광단지 개발사업 자본검증위 구성

오라관광단지 개발사업에 따른 자본검증절차가 본격적으로 이뤄집니다.

제주특별자치도는 12월 28일 오라관광단지 개발사업에 따른
자본검증위원회를 구성하고 첫 회의를 개최했습니다.

28일 구성된 자본검증위원회는 법률과 금융, 투자, 경제, 회계, 시민단체,
지역주민, 행정 등 각 분야의 11명으로 구성됐습니다.

이 자리에서 원희룡 지사는 이번에 구성된 자본검증위원회를 통해
오라관광단지의 실체와 투자 적격성, 재원조달 계획의 타당성을 투명하게 확인하고자 한다며 앞으로 각종 개발사업에 모범사례가 될 것이라고 강조했습니다.

28일 첫 회의에서는 앞으로의 자본 검증 방향과 검증목록을 논의했습니다.

한편 자본검증위원회는 당초 13명으로 계획됐었으나
도의회에서 추천을 거부하는 바람에 11명으로 축소됐습니다.

Capital Verification Committee looks at Ora Tourism Complex
Financial committees will look at future developments

A check on the finances of the Ora Tourism Complex has begun.

The provincial government held their first meeting last Thursday after forming a capital verification committee for the complex development.

The committee consists of 11 members from Jeju, including locals and experts from the law, finance, investment, economy, accounting, civic, and administration fields.

Jeju Governor Won said that this process of verifying a project, its financial eligibility, and financial supply plan will be the best way forward for future development projects.

At the first meeting, the committee discussed the plan and the undertaking in more detail.

The committee was originally meant to have 13 members, but was reduced to 11 due to an objection from the provincial council.
