4. 제주시, 개별주택가격 '표준주택' 선정


제주시가 개별주택가격의 직접적인 표준이 되는
주택 2천 700여 호를 선정했습니다.

이번에 선정된 표준주택은 지난해보다 115호 늘어난 것으로
내년 1월
중앙부동산가격 공시위원회 심의를 거친 뒤
국토부 장관이
표준주택가격을 공시하게 됩니다.

이어 표준주택가격을 기준으로 주택 특성을 비교해
이달 말까지
개별주택가격을 산정하게 됩니다.

4. Jeju City selects houses to set appraisal standards
Review needed before prices officially set

Jeju City selected 2,700 houses that will become the standard for assessing single-family detached homes.

This year, the authority picked 115 houses more than last year. The standard house prices will be officially announced by the land minister next January, after a review from the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

Individual houses will be assessed by comparison with the new standard houses from the end of this month.
