JTO releases list of events, places, activities, etc.

The Jeju Tourism Organization has released a list of ten things in Jeju not to miss this February.

The recommendations are all based on the theme of “spring.” They include things to do, festivals to visit, and natural attractions to experience, like Sanbangsan, Seopjikoji, and the Gangjeongcheon Stream Metburi Walking Trail.

The JTO also encourages visits to local sites connected to the April Third Incident ? (섯왈오름) Seotal Oreum, the lost village of (곤을동) Goneul-dong, and (무등이왓) Mudeungiwat.

Finally, the list includes historical details about and a schedule for the Tamnaguk Ipchungut ? a spring festival and shamanic ritual.

2월 제주관광 10선에는 먼저 맞는 봄을 테마로 산방산 섭지코지와 강정천 멧부리 산책로 등 자연과 체험, 축제 등 5개 분야가 소개되고 있습니다.

특히 4.3의 아픔을 간직한 섯알오름과 잃어버린 마을 곤을동과 무등이왓도 비중있게 다루고 있습니다.
