Jeju Fire Safety Headquarters providing treatment, offering information

The Jeju Fire Safety Headquarters is working to keep people safe and healthy over the long holiday weekend.

Its 1-1-9 emergency hotline will provide information on the clinics and pharmacies that are open over the holidays, offer advice and direct aid to emergency patients, and perform other work.

This special office handled 839 cases over the four holidays for Lunar New Year last year. 612 of those were queries about which hospitals and clinics were open.

119, 설 연휴 병의원·약국 안내

제주도소방안전본부가 설 연휴기간에 응급의료서비스 제공을 위한 비상근무에 들어갑니다.

이에 따라 119종합상황실에서는 설 연휴 운영하는 병의원과 약국을 비롯해 응급환자의 질병상담, 응급처치 등을 안내합니다.

한편 지난해 설 연휴 4일동안 119상황실을 통해 안내한 각종 민원은 모두 839건으로 이 가운데 병의원 안내가 612건으로 대부분이었습니다.
