Only 5 of 13 January auctions successful

The weakening real estate market on the island is also affecting court auctions for commercial facilities.

According to GG Auction, the ratio of the winning bid to the appraised value of the facilities fell 9.6 percentage points in January, compared to December, to 90.6 percent. Compared to the year before, it represents a nosedive of 56 points.

A ratio under 100 percent means successful bids are below the land’s appraised value.

In January, only five of the 13 commercial facilities up for auction sold.

제주지역 부동산 시장이 얼어붙으면서 업무상업시설에 대한 법원 경매도 크게 위축되는 것으로 나타났습니다.

법원경매전문업체 지지옥션에 따르면 지난 달 제주지역 업무·상업시설의 법원경매 낙찰가율은 90.6%로 전달보다 9.6%포인트 떨어졌습니다.

이는 일년전 낙찰가율 147%와 비교해 56% 포인트나 하락한 겁니다.

실제 지난달 법원 경매로 나온 제주지역 업무·상업시설 13건 가운데 5건만이 주인을 찾으며 낙찰율이 38%에 그쳤습니다
