1. Education office preparing verbal abuse prevention manual
Part of efforts to prevent all types of school violence

Local authorities have announced plans to create and distribute to local schools a verbal abuse prevention manual.

This is one facet of the provincial education office’s plan to prevent all types of school violence.

In addition to the manual, the office plans to designate specific weeks during which local schools will focus on teaching children better communication skills.

Finally, the province will open in local schools alternative classrooms and so-called “Peace Classrooms,” which will focus on communication and healing.

학교내 언어폭력 예방을 위한 매뉴얼이 제작돼 배포됩니다.

제주도교육청은 이 같은 내용을 담은 학교폭력 예방 대책을 발표했습니다.

주요내용을 보면 언어폭력 사례와 예방 매뉴얼을 제작하고 언어문화 개선 교육주간도 지정해 운영합니다.

이와 함께 소통과 치유 중심의 평화교실과 교내 대안교실을 운영한다는 계획입니다.
