4. Orientation for Greenland Intl. Hospital citizens committee
200-member group will work on issue for next month

An orientation was held Sunday for a citizens committee formed to take part in a public opinion poll about the opening of Greenland International Hospital.

200 local residents are in the group. The Sunday event began with them receiving appointment letters. There was then a presentation that outlined the deliberation program they will follow.

The group is charged with formulating plans on the issue that can reach a consensus among area residents. For about the next month, they will study and discuss the hospital, as well as listen to what other members of the local public have to say about it.

제주녹지국제병원 숙의형 공론조사에 참여하는 도민참여단 오리엔테이션이 오늘(9일) 제주 농어업인회관에서 열렸습니다.

오늘 행사에는 200여 명의 도민참여단이 참여한 가운데 위촉장 수여, 숙의프로그램에 대한 설명 순으로 진행됐습니다.

도민참여단은 앞으로 한달여 동안 학습과 토론, 도민의견 수렴과 숙의과정을 거쳐
도민들이 공감할 수 있는 방안을 도출할 방침입니다.
