400 participants from across the globe meeting at Jeju Lotte City Hotel

The Global Jeju Business Leadership Forum is underway at the Jeju Lotte City Hotel.

Hosted by the Jeju Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the event features business forums, an exhibition of local products, and export consultations. The roughly 400 participants include businesspeople from Jeju, mainland Korea, and other countries, as well as foreign buyers.

Jeju CCI President (김대형) Kim Dae-hyeong said he would work to expand the forum and hold a quote/unquote “Global Jeju Contest” next year as part of efforts to establish one network of Jeju people who represent various sectors of society.

글로벌 제주상공인 리더십 포럼 개막

글로벌 제주상공인 리더십 포럼이 오늘(15일) 제주롯데시티호텔에서 개막했습니다.

제주상공회의소가 주최하는 이번 행사에는 국내외 상공인과 지역상공인, 해외 바이어 등 400여명이 참가해 상공인 포럼과 제주상품 전시, 바이어 수출상담회 등으로 진행됩니다.

오늘 개막식에서 김대형 제주상공회의소 회장은 다양한 분야에서 활동하는 제주인을 하나의 네트워크로 구축하기 위한 사업을 전개하고 있다며 내년에 행사를 확대해 '세계 제주인대회'를 개최하겠다고 강조했습니다.
