Tally falls by 100+ compared to October

There has been a huge one-month drop in the number of land auctions in Jeju.

GG Auction, which analyzes court auctions, says there were 68 in Jeju last month. That’s over 100 fewer than in the previous month.

Only 19 resulted in a transaction, leading to a successful bid ratio of 57.6 percent. That’s 25.7 percentage points lower than the figure from October.

제주지역 토지 경매 진행건수가 한달 사이 크게 줄어들었습니다.

법원경매 전문분석센터 지지옥션에 따르면 지난달 제주 토지 경매는 68건으로 전달보다 100건 가량 줄어들었습니다.

이 가운데 낙찰된 건은 19건으로 낙찰가율은 전달보다 25.7%p 하락한 57.6%를 기록했습니다.
