3. Jeju apartment prices again falling
Down 0.05% in week ending February 14

Apartment prices in Jeju have again started to fall.

According to the Korea Appraisal Board, prices fell 0.05 percent over the week ending February 14th. They had risen 0.03 percent the previous week.

Long-term “jeonse” rental prices also dropped 0.05 percent over the same period.

Analysts say that, nationwide, apartment prices and rents also decreased over the week.


제주 아파트 가격 다시 내림세 전환

제주지역 아파트 가격이 다시 내림세로 돌아섰습니다.

한국감정원에 따르면 14일 기준으로 제주지역 아파트 매매 가격은 전주보다 0.05% 하락했습니다.

2월 둘째주에 0.03% 상승했지만 이번주에 내림세로 전환됐습니다.

아파트 전세 가격 역시 전주보다 0.05% 떨어지며 하락세를 이어갔습니다.

전국적으로 주간 아파트 매매와 전세 가격은 지난주 대비 하락폭을 유지하거나 확대된 것으로 분석됐습니다.
