5. JTO customer satisfaction level tops nationwide survey
Successful efforts to foster cooperation in tourism sector

The Jeju Tourism Organization has topped all tourism organizations operating nationwide in the customer satisfaction survey run by the Ministry of Interior and Security.

JTO has been ranked No.1 among four local public companies and seven tourism organizations nationwide for four consecutive years.

JTO received a total score of 90.84, with high scores from the overall process and result of providing services to foster participation of local residents and tourism businesses in various projects.
