4. Korean Air to suspend Jeju-Japan flights from November
New flight connecting Jeju-Pohang to take place instead

Korean Air is cutting back on its routes due to reduced demand for flights to Japan.

Korean Air has decided to suspend two direct flights between Jeju and Osaka and Jeju and Tokyo from November.

The surplus flights will be allocated to a new direct route connecting Jeju and Pohang from September 16th.

Other flights heading to Japan from Incheon and Busan will also be suspended or reduced.

대한항공, 11월부터 제주 기점 日 노선 중단

최근 일본의 경제보복 조치로
일본 노선 수요가 감소하자
대한항공이 노선 감축에 들어갑니다.

대한항공은 오는 11월부터
제주 기점 오사카와 도쿄 직항 노선에 대해
운항을 중단하기로 했습니다.

대신 공급좌석 여유분은 제주 기점 등에 확대하고
특히 제주와 포항을 잇는 노선을
다음달 16일부터 신규 취항할 방침입니다.

제주 외에도
인천과 부산을 기점으로 하는 일본 노선도
중단 또는 감편될 예정입니다.
