5. Local unsold completed residential properties up 96 units
Jeju ranks 4th highest number of unsold completed homes
The number of houses remaining unsold even after the completion of construction has shown a significant increase in the island.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport revealed that the number of unsold construction-complete residences in the island as of the end of last month was 777, an increase of 96 units from that of the previous month.
Jeju is showing the fourth-highest growth rate of unsold houses in the country after Seoul, Ulsan and Chungcheongnam-do Province.
The total number of unsold houses in Jeju was 11,161 at the end of July, which was 57 units less than that of June.

악성으로 분류되는 준공후 미분양 주택이 크게 늘었습니다.
국토교통부에 따르면
지난달 말 기준
제주지역의 준공 후 미분양 주택은
777호로 전달보다 96호가 늘어났습니다.
서울, 울산, 충남에 이어 전국에서 네번째로 높은 증가율을 보이고 있습니다.
다만, 7월말 기준 제주지역 전체 미분양 주택은
1천161호로
전달대비 57호 줄어든 것으로 집계됐습니다.
