Influx of Jeju tourists likely to continue into the fall season
Peak expected over Hangeul Proclamation Day weekend

Tourists visiting Jeju in the fall season will continue to rise steadily until next month.

According to a survey of Jeju travel plans for the fall season conducted by the Jeju Tourism Organization, 57.2 percent of respondents said they will visit Jeju in October.

Of those who had set travel plans to the island, 17 percent said they will visit during the Hangeul Proclamation Day holiday. This is higher than responses for the Chuseok holiday, which stood at 15 percent. More expressed plans to visit even later during the month, with 25 percent stating plans for a Jeju vacation between October 12 and 30.

The response rate for travel in November was 28 percent.

Of the total, 95.6 percent of respondents answered that they have plans of travelling domestically this year.

11월은 응답비율이 28%로
연휴 이후에도 제주를 찾는
가을시즌 관광객이 꾸준할 것으로 전망되고 있습니다.

한편, 올해 국내여행 의사에 대해서는 95.6%가 있다고 답했습니다.
