Two deaths confirmed unrelated to COVID-19 vaccine
Two elderly people passed away after receiving Pfizer vaccines last month

Last month, there were two reports of death following COVID-19 vaccination. Both were concluded to be unrelated to the vaccination.

The province was notified of the results from the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency after epidemiological investigations and opinions of medical staff.

On April 23rd and 18th, an elderly in his 70s and an elderly woman in her 90s were reported to have passed away after receiving Pfizer vaccines, respectively. However, the bereaved families did not raise any issues considering the underlying medical conditions and age of the elderly.

질병관리청으로부터
이같은 결과를 통보받았다고 밝혔습니다.

지난달 23일 70대 할아버지가,
이보다 앞선
지난달 18일에는 90대 할머니가
화이자 백신을 접종 받고 숨졌다는 신고가 병원을 통해 접수됐지만
유족들은 기저질환과
고령인 점 등을 고려해 별다른 문제 제기를 하지 않았습니다.
