Seogwipo Strengthens Sanitary Inspection before Chuseok

Seogwipo City will run a period for livestock hygiene inspection until the 26th in preparation for the Chuseok holiday.

During this time, the government will focus on sanitary handling and transportation of livestock products, compliance with labeling standards, and handling of expiration dates at stores and traditional markets.

For any violations noticed, administrative measures including fines will be issued, and on-site guidance such as recovery measures and disposal, will be executed if necessary.

In addition, Seogwipo City plans to stabilize prices by identifying cost trends for high-quality products during the Chuseok holiday while guiding and cracking down on unfair trade practices.



서귀포시, 추석 대비 축산물 위생점검 강화

서귀포시가 추석 명절에 대비해 오는 26일까지 축산물 위생점검 특별기간을 운영합니다.

이 기간 전통시장과 마트 등을 중심으로 축산물 위생 취급과 운반, 표시기준 준수 여부, 유통기한 경과 등을 집중 점검합니다.

위반 사항이 적발될 경우 과태료 등 행정처분 하고 필요한 경우 회수조치와 폐기처분 등 현장지도를 병행할 계획입니다.

서귀포시는 이와 함께 추석 명절 성수품에 대한 물가동향을 파악하고 불공정 거래행위를 지도 단속해 추석 물가 안정화를 유도할 방침입니다.
