According to the Korean Real Estate Research Institute, apartment prices in the region fell by 0.13% in the first week of this month, compared to the previous week.

The rental prices for apartments have also continued to decline, dropping by 0.17% compared to the previous week.

The real estate industry attributes the decline to a freeze in the buying sentiment
due to the effects of high interest rates.
Analysts predict that apartment prices will continue to decline for the time being.

제주지역 아파트 가격이 하락세를 이어가고 있는 것으로 나타났습니다.
