The island is currently accepting applications for interest support for housing lease loans for newlywed couples who are without homes and families with newborns from the 22nd of this month until the 23rd of next month.

Eligible recipients are households without homes that have received housing lease loans from financial institutions and have registered their marriage or had a child between May 15, 2016 and May 14, 2023.

The amount of support is up to 1.5% of the interest on housing lease loans, with a maximum of 1.2 million won. For households with two or more children, households with disabled members, or multicultural households, the support can go up to a maximum of 1.6 million won.

주택전세자금 대출이자 추가 지원 신청을 받습니다.

지원대상은
2016년 5월 15일 이후부터 2023년 5월 14일까지
혼인신고를 하거나
자녀를 출산한 무주택 가구 가운데
금융권에서 주택 전세자금 대출을 받은 도민입니다.

지원금액은
주택전세자금 대출 이자의 1.5%로 최대 120만원까지이며
2자녀 이상 가구나 장애인 구성원 가구,
다문화 가구인 경우 최대 160만원까지 이뤄집니다.
