It has been revealed that apartment prices in the province are experiencing a slight decline.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board, apartment transaction prices in the third week of this month decreased by 0.14% compared to the previous week.

Apartment rental prices also saw a 0.1% decrease compared to the previous week, indicating a continued downward trend.

The real estate industry analyzes that apartment prices are showing a downtrend due to a frozen buyer sentiment caused by the impact of high interest rates.
