The requirement for the number of agreements on online petitions has significantly relaxed.

The Province announced a downward adjustment of the agreement requirement from the initial 1,500 people to 500 people to enhance participation in online citizen petitions.

Accordingly, if more than 500 people agree to a public petition, the governor or head of the relevant department will directly respond.

Meanwhile, since its operation from 2022, a total of 84 petitions have been received through the online citizen petition office. Among them, 59 have been responded to, 16 have been withdrawn, and the remaining 9 are under process.

온라인 도민청원 동의 인원이 대폭 완화됩니다.

제주특별자치도는
온라인 도민청원실 참여 활성화를 위해
당초 1,500명이던 동의 인원수를
500명으로 하향 조정한다고 밝혔습니다.

이에 따라
공개 청원에 500명 이상 동의할 경우
도지사 또는 담당 실국장이 직접 답변하게 됩니다.

한편, 지난 2022년부터 운영된
온라인 도민청원실에 접수된 청원은 모두 84건으로
59건은 답변이 완료됐으며, 16건은 취하, 나머지 9건은 처리중입니다.
