The inaugural private park initiative in Jeju, the ‘Jeju Central Park Apartments Subscription’, did not meet expectations.

Jeil Construction, the project's executor, reported that during a two-day subscription period for 1st and 2nd priority applicants held on the 27th and 28th of the previous month, 776 applications were received for 653 households.

Of these, 706 applied for the 84㎡ type, with a shortfall of 94 households for the 119㎡ type, and only 41 applications for the 124㎡ type.

The 84㎡A type had the highest competition rate, with a ratio of 2.84 to 1.

Reasons for the low application rate include a depressed real estate market sentiment and high offering prices.

124㎡형은 41세대가 각각 미달됐습니다.

가장 높은 경쟁률을 보인 타입은 84㎡A형으로
2.84 대 1을 기록했습니다.

청약 미달 원인으로는
부동산 경기 침체로 인한 매수심리 위축과
높은 분양가 등이 꼽히고 있습니다.
