The 2nd Jeju International Dance Festival will open on the 20th and run for 9 days until the 28th, taking place in various locations throughout the island including the Jeju Art Center, Jeju Mokgwana(목관아), and Olle Trails.

This years theme is "Resort Dance Festival, Dancing Island Jeju.” This year’s dance festival will feature performances from around 100 dancers from 95 countries including Germany, Italy, and Portugal.

Highlights include performances that reinterpret Jeju folk songs and dances, programs that involve local residents and tourists, and ballet workshops tailored for young people.

제2회 제주국제무용제가 오는 20일 개막해 28일까지 9일 동안
제주아트센터를 비롯해 제주목관아와 올레길 등 제주 곳곳에서 펼쳐집니다.

'휴양지 무용예술 축제, 춤 추는 섬 제주'를 주제로
열리는 이번 무용제에는 독일과 이탈리아, 포르투갈 등 9개국에서 100여 명의 무용수들이 참가해 다양한 공연을 선보입니다.

특히 제주 민요와 춤을 접목시켜 새롭게 해석한 공연과 마을주민과 휴양객이 함께 하는 프로그램,
제주 청소년들을 위한 발레 워크숍 등이 마련됩니다.

공연 관람은 제주국제무용제 누리집에서 신청이 가능하며 관람료와 참가비는 없습니다.
