Starting next month, Jeju City will launch a lifelong learning initiative called ‘The Tamnaneun School’, offering citizens the flexibility to learn at their preferred time and location.

The program will form learning groups of 10 to 15 people, and registrations can be made via email or by visiting the Jeju Lifelong Learning Center from April 14 to 25.

Courses will cover various topics, including local specialties, humanities, and health. Participants can choose their preferred course and instructor, with Jeju City covering the instructor’s fees.

Last year, 30 learning groups were operated, with 40% of participants coming from rural areas.

제주시가 강사비를 지원합니다.

한편 지난해에는 30개 학습그룹이 운영됐고
읍면지역 참여율은
전체의 40%를 차지했습니다.
