Jeju City is considering extending the expanded grace period for enforcing illegal parking and pull overs during lunchtime, a measure currently in place to help revitalize the local economy.

Since March of last year, the lunchtime grace period for enforcing illegal vehicle parking has been expanded from two hours to three. With the measure set to expire at the end of this month,

authorities are reviewing a further extension, reflecting feedback from small business owners.

Jeju City is gathering opinions from various sectors, and if extended, the measure will remain in place through the end of the year.

지난해 3월부터 점심시간 불법 주·정차 단속 유예시간을 기존 2시간에서 3시간으로 확대 시행중이고 이달말로 종료 예정인 가운데
소상공인의 의견을 반영해 추가 연장 여부를 검토 중입니다.

제주시는 각계각층의 의견을 수렴하고 있다며
연장하게 된다면 연말까지 시행한다는 계획입니다.
