The Jeju Provincial Office of Education is recruiting students for its second-semester rural study program through June 15.
Eligible applicants are elementary school students in grades one through six who live outside rural areas in other provinces and cities.

This semester, 22 families will be selected at five elementary schools, including Gwideok (귀덕) and Songdang (송당) Elementary Schools.

Selected participants will attend school in Jeju for six months starting in August, while experiencing the island’s natural environment and culture. Financial support ranging from 600,000 won to 1.2 million won per household per month will be provided, depending on the study-abroad program type and the number of children in the family.

다른 시·도 농어촌 이외 지역의
초등학교 1학년부터 6학년 재학생입니다.

이번 학기에는
귀덕초와 송당초 등 5개 초등학교에서 22가구를 선발합니다.

유학생으로 선정되면 오는 8월부터 6개월간
제주의 자연과 문화를 체험하며 학교를 다니게 되며
유학 유형과 자녀 수에 따라
가구당 월 60만 원에서 120만 원의 경비가 지원됩니다.
