A mural on the exterior wall of Jeju City Hall will be removed after 30 years, with an LED display system to be installed in its place.

Jeju City plans to remove the mural and install an LED display board and new lighting by August as part of an environmental improvement project for the City Hall's Eoullim (어울림) Square.
The city will also carry out restroom renovation work at the same time.

The mural at Jeju City Hall was created in 1997 based on the legend of the Three Clans of Tamna. However, its condition has deteriorated over the years despite undergoing several rounds of maintenance and restoration work.

벽화를 지우고
8월까지 LED 전광판과 조명을 설치할 계획입니다.

또 화장실 개선사업도 동시에 추진합니다.

제주시청 벽화는 1997년 고양부 삼성 신화를 주제로 조성됐지만
수 차례 유지 보수 하면서 보존 상태가 나빠졌습니다.
