Jeju National University is sending its Ara Overseas Volunteer Corps to Uzbekistan in Central Asia.

The group is made up of 44 people, including faculty advisers, staff, and students. From the 19th to the 27th, they will run education and volunteer programs and share Korean culture around Tashkent.

They also plan to hold activities with local universities to attract international students.

Jeju National University lowered the participation fee to 300,000 won. It also waived the fee entirely for students from vulnerable groups and international students, widening the chance to take part.

교육·노력 봉사와 K-문화 전파 활동을 펼칩니다.

또 현지 대학과 유학생 유치 활동도 진행할 예정입니다.

제주대는 참가비를 30만원으로 낮추고
취약계층 학생과 외국인 유학생에게는 참가비를 면제해
참여 기회를 확대했습니다.
