Jeju apartment prices continue to climb
Late-summer growth 2nd only to Busan


Jeju’s apartment prices are continuing to rise, according to a new report.

As of September 19th, the price increase rate of apartments in Jeju stood at 0.12 percent, which was the straight week the prices had acted as such, ever since August 22nd. This is according to the Korea Appraisal Board.

Jeju’s numbers are much higher than the national average of only 0.04 percent, and were the second highest in the country, behind only Busan.

The report also showed that the deposit lease rates for Jeju apartments had risen 0.05 percent compared to the previous week.

지난 19일 기준
도내 아파트 매매가격상승률은 0.12%로
지난달(8월) 22일 이후 5주 연속 오르고 있습니다.

이같은 상승률은
전국 평균 0.04%를 크게 웃도는 것으로
부산에 이어 전국에서 2번째로 높은 것입니다.

제주의 아파트 전세가격도 전주보다 0.05% 상승했습니다.
