The ratio of auctions in Jeju that end in a successful bid is the highest in the nation.

According to GG Auction, a company that specializes in court auctions, that ratio in Jeju stood at 139.3 percent in September. In addition to being the highest nationwide, it was also up 12 percentage points compared to August.

The ratio for land auctions stood at an average 162.9 percent… significantly higher than the national average of 53.2 percent.

The ratio of successful bids for residential facilities was 117.3 percent - over 100 percent for the second straight year. Finally, the ratio for commercial property was 109.2 percent, the highest in Korea.

특히 토지낙찰가율은 162.9%로 전국 평균 53.2%를 웃돌며 최고치를 기록했습니다.

주거시설 낙찰가율은 117.3로 2년 연속 100%를 넘었고, 업무상업시설도 109.2%로 전국에서 가장 높은 것으로 분석됐습니다.
