New apartments in Jeju are going for three million per square meter.

The Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation says that was the average for September. It was up seven percent over the August figure, and that was the highest growth in the country.

Nationally, new apartments were selling for an average of 2.83 million won per square meter last month.

Over 230 apartment units were sold in Jeju in September.

제주도내 민간아파트 평균 분양가격이 3.3㎡ 당 1천만 원에 이르고 있습니다.

주택도시보증공사에 따르면 지난달 제주 민간 아파트 평균 분양가격은 1㎡ 당 308만 원으로
전달보다 7% 상승했습니다.

전국 평균 283만 원을 웃돌며 가장 높은 상승률을 보이고 있습니다.

한편, 지난달 230여 가구가 신규 분양됐습니다.
