1,390 new apartment units to be available this winter
Vast majority 60-85 square meters


Nearly 1,400 new apartment units will be available by January, ahead of the traditional moving period in Jeju known as Singugan.

Data by the Minstry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shows that between November and January… 8,800 new apartment units will be available nationwide. 1,390 of them are here on the island.

By size, the lion’s share of them, over 1,120, will have an area of between 60 and 85 square meters. About 110 units will be larger than that and 100 will be under 60 square meters.

Some 730 new homes will be in the Gangjeong district in Seogwipo, another 390 will be in Jungmun-dong, and 60 will be ready for tenants in Ora-dong.

올 겨울 아파트 1천390여 가구 공급

제주의 전통 이사철인 신구간을 앞두고 내년 1월까지 아파트 1천390여 가구가 공급됩니다.

국토교통부가 발표한 전국 입주예정 아파트 현황에 따르면 다음달부터 내년 1월까지 입주 예정인 아파트는 전국 8만 8천여 가구로 이 가운데 제주는 1천390여 가구로 집계됐습니다.

주택 규모별로 보면 60~85㎡의 아파트가 1천120여 가구로 가장 많고, 85m²초과 110여 가구,
60㎡ 이하는 100여 가구입니다.

도내 입주 예정인 아파트는 서귀포시 강정지구에 730여 가구와 중문동 390여 가구, 제주시 오라동 60여 가구입니다.
