Project underway to develop ‘Bank Sign’ authentication system

Jeju Bank is working on a blockchain-based bank authentication certificate.

Jeju Bank is joining a project to develop the “Bank Sign” technology, which customers will use in conjunction with the current accredited certificate they use to prove their identity.

The new certificate will utilize dispersed storage to prevent forgery and the theft of private keys.

제주은행이 블록체인 기반 은행공동인증서를 개발해 제공합니다.

제주은행은 금융권 공동사업인 블록체인 기반의 은행공동인증서인 '뱅크사인'을 개발해 종전 공인인증서와 함께 제공한다고 밝혔습니다.

이번에 제공하는 블록체인의 기반의 인증서는 분산저장으로 인증서 위변조 방지와
개인키 도난 방지가 가능하다고 덧붙였습니다.
