5. Farms hit by typhoons eligible for government support
Province will offer ￦3.1M per hectare of farmland

The province is implementing special support measures for winter vegetable farmers who are suffering from a series of typhoons that hit Jeju Island.

The government will provide 3.1 million won per hectare of land that cannot be used to grow additional winter vegetables, or have been replaced with green manure crops.

Farmers can apply for the support from the 15th until the 28th at their local community center.

Separately, disaster support funds ranging from 1 million won to 2 million won per hectare will be provided to farms flooded by the typhoons.



4. 태풍피해 농경지 휴경시 ha당 310만 지원


연이은 태풍으로 어려움을 겪는 월동채소 농가를 위해
제주도가 특별 지원 대책을 시행합니다.

이에 따라 태풍피해를 입은 농경지에
월동채소를 추가적으로 재배하지 않고 휴경하거나
녹비작물 등으로 대체할 경우
1헥타르당 310만 원을 지원합니다.

접수는 15일부터 28일까지며
농지소재지 읍면동사무소로 신청하면 됩니다.

이와 별도로 태풍으로 침수피해를 입은 농가에는
헥타르 당 100만 원에서 200만 원까지
재난지원금이 지원됩니다.
