The number of unsold houses in Jeju reached a record high in February, continuing to pose a challenge for the local housing market.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the number of unsold houses after construction completion in the region increased by 12.7% from the previous month to 1,227 units, setting a new record high within a month.

The total number of unsold houses in the region stands at 2,485 units, with nearly half classified as malignant, unsold houses after construction completion.

Meanwhile, the volume of housing sales decreased by 6.2% to 513 units compared to the previous month.

또다시 역대 최대치를 기록하는 등
미분양 문제가 심화되고 있습니다.

국토교통부에 따르면
지난2월 도내 준공후 미분양주택은
전월 대비 12.7% 증가한 1천227호로
한 달 만에 역대 최대치를 경신했습니다.


도내 전체 미분양주택은 2천485호로
이 가운데 악성으로 분류되는 준공후 미분양 주택이
절반 가량을 차지하고 있는 실정입니다.

주택 매매거래량은
전월보다 6.2% 감소한 513건으로 나타났습니다.
