Jeju Province, in collaboration with Korea Airports Corporation, is offering scholarships for high school and university students residing in airport noise-affected and nearby areas.

Eligible students must have been registered residents in these areas for at least two years. The program will provide 500,000 KRW to 220 high school students and 2 million KRW to 230 university students, with a total scholarship fund of 5.7 billion KRW.

Applications can be submitted at the local community center or the Jeju Airport Noise Complaint Center until April 3.

Scholarship selection will be based on regional scores and length of residence, with an additional 10 points awarded to recipients of basic livelihood support.

고등학생과 대학생을 위한 장학금을 지원합니다.

해당 지역에
2년 이상 주민등록을 둔 고등학생 220명에게 50만원,
대학생 230명에게
200만원으로 지원하는 사업으로
전체 장학금 규모는 5억 7천만원입니다.

지원 신청은 4월 3일까지
관할 주민센터 또는 제주공항소음민원센터에서 이뤄집니다.

장학생 선발은
지역점수와 거주기간을 기준으로 이뤄지며
기초생활수급자에게는 10점의 가점이 주어집니다.
