As part of efforts to strengthen school commute safety measures, a Safety Alert Service for elementary school students will be expanded.

The Jeju Provincial Office of Education has announced a comprehensive safety plan for school commutes in the new semester.

A 14 billion KRW budget has been allocated this year to provide Safe Notification Devices for first-grade elementary students and special education students from first to fifth grade, upon request.

Additionally, to enhance safety for students in after-school care programs, parents will be required to pick up their children in person. In addition CCTV installations around schools will be increased for improved security.

초등학생을 대상으로 한 안심알리미서비스가 확대됩니다.

제주도교육청은
이 같은 내용을 포함한
신학기 등하굣길 종합 안전대책을 발표했습니다.

이에 따라 올해 14억원을 투입해
초등학교 1학년과
특수교육대상자 1학년부터 5학년 학생 가운데
신청하는 경우
안심알리미 단말기를 지원합니다.

이 밖에도 돌봄 참여 학생들의 안전을 위해
학부모에게
아동 대면 인계를 원칙으로 하고
학교 주변 안전 관리 강화를 위해 CCTV를 추가 설치할 방침입니다.
