Apartment prices in Jeju have continued to show a slight downward trend.

According to the Korea Real Estate Agency, apartment sale prices in Jeju fell by 0.05% in the fourth week of March compared to the previous week.

By region, Seogwipo saw a 0.09% drop, mainly in Donghong-dong (동홍동) and Seohong-dong (서홍동), while prices in Jeju City declined by 0.05%, particularly in Nohyeong-dong and Ildo 2-dong (일도2동), due to a rise in unsold apartment inventory.

Additionally, the rental prices also dropped by 0.06% compared to the previous week.


제주 아파트 매매·전세가격 하락세 지속

제주지역 아파트 가격이 소폭의 하락세를 이어가고 있습니다.

한국부동산원에 따르면
3월 넷째주 제주도내 아파트 매매가격은
전주 대비 0.05% 하락했습니다.

지역별로 보면
서귀포시는 동홍동과 서홍동을 위주로 0.09% 내렸고
제주시는
노형동과 일도2동을 중심으로
미분양 물량이 늘면서 0.05% 하락했습니다.

이와 함께 전세가격은
전주와 비교해 0.06% 떨어진 것으로 나타났습니다.
